God Has A Plan For You

I wonder if you’ve ever really contemplated the incredible promise that God has a plan for your life? For many people, the idea that God has a plan for them can be difficult to accept. Whether it is the voice of discouragement, the reality of our present circumstances, or the fear of the future, we can all easily be held back from fully entering into God’s plan. for us.

The Bible can help us with this. There are several verses in the Bible that can remind us to step into God’s plan for our lives. But often, the first step for us to accept God’s plan is to battle our fears about the future.

Fear of the Future

There are all kinds of fears that can confront us in life, from seemingly small fears to big fears that can have a big impact on our lives. One of the most common fears people have is fear of the future. This is a fear that is likely to be faced all of us at some point in our lives. A recent study concluded that about 75% of 16-25 year olds fear the future. But this uncertainty about the future is something that can affect everyone, young or old.

Uncertainty about what lies ahead and the unpredictability of life’s twists and turns can contribute to this feeling of fear. Although fear of the future can be challenging and sometimes somewhat paralyzing, the Bible gives us some comforting promises that can help us remember that God has a plan for us. our life. These promises can help us battle our fears. As a result, we can enter all that lies ahead with confidence and hope. For although we do not know what the future holds, we do know who holds it. The Lord awaits our future, inviting us to step closer to Him, promising us that our future is in His hands, that it is safe and well.

Here are three biblical promises that can help you whenever you face fear about the future.

God The plan is in his hands

1 Peter 1:3-4 says: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us a new birth to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that will never perish. or fade away. This inheritance is kept for you in heaven.”

Here in 1 Peter we learn that God has stored up for us an eternal inheritance that will never perish or fade away. This is a wonderful promise that reminds us of the eternal nature of our future. We are promised eternal life with God.

Just as our earthly inheritance is kept safe until the right time, so our heavenly inheritance awaits us, protected and held by God. Thus, the eternal inheritance gives us a new life of living hope, rooted in God’s mercy, which will endure forever.

What an amazing promise of God’s faithfulness. These verses in 1 Peter will comfort you and remind you that God holds your future in His hands. Remind yourself today that nothing can take away the inheritance God has for you. God has eyes. He is in control of your past, present and future. So why not commit to trusting Him again today and entrust your future in His hands.

God’s plan is safe

Philippians 1:6 says: “Be assured that He who began a good work in you will finish it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

I don’t know the words you would choose to describe your outlook on the future but I wonder if ‘confident’ is at the top of your list? Sometimes it can be too easy to look to the future with uncertainty and caution. But, in this verse in Philippians, Paul encourages us to be “confident” about our future. He encouraged us to remember that God promised to bring us to fulfillment in Christ Jesus.

While the exact twists and turns of the journey ahead are unclear, this verse in Philippians is a wonderful reminder that your future is secure. Even if the road ahead seems precarious, God promises to go before you and walk with you until the end. Your life’s destination does not depend on chance, and God assures you today that He is with you. With this assurance, you can know that He is leading you to a certain and safe destination.

God’s plan is good

Romans 8:28 says: “And we know that in all things God works for good to those who love Him, to those who have been called according to His purpose.”

While knowing that your future is secure and in God’s hands can be helpful, it can also be comforting to know that the future God has in store for you is also good. God wants good things for your life. Here in Romans 8, He promises that He will make all things right. That means He is working in both good and bad times, on mountain tops and valleys. You can step into the future with your head held high, filled with confidence, assurance and hope. You can know that your future will be good.

We all have times when we feel tempted to look at our future with skepticism or uncertainty. When you find yourself in those moments, remind yourself that God has good things in store for you. He has a wonderful plan for your life, and He promises to handle every situation for your good. This does not mean that nothing will ever go wrong, but it does mean that God is in control. Good and bad, ups and downs, God is in control. He is always working to draw you closer to Him.

God has a wonderful plan for your life and your future is secure in Him. He has good things in store for you and He promises to walk with you through every stage of life. Through the promises in the Bible, you can smile into the future and look ahead with hope and joy. You can truly know that your ultimate destination is eternity with God.
